Receta German Strawberry Cake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 stick butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. German baking pwdr
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. German vanilla sugar
- 1 pkg. German vanilla pudding
- Strawberries
- 2 jars strawberry glaze
Direcciones
- Soften butter, add in sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and heat. Add in lowfat milk, flour, baking pwdr and mix. Beat egg whites till stiff and add in to mix. (This makes 2 cakes, 1 large and 1 small.) Thoroughly butter and flour 2 German inverted cake pans (one 11 inch, one 10 1/2 inch). Bake at 375 degrees till coming loose.
- Mix pudding according to package. Spread over middle of cake. Fill in with strawberries. Spread strawberry glaze over top. Chill. Let set before serving.
