Receta Ginger Bread
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Direcciones
- Grease a 9 x 9 inch square baking pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Beat butter with molasses until mixture is creamy and color lightens slightly.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Beat in eggs.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ginger in a separate bowl.
- Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture; mix well.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool. Cut into squares.
