Receta Ginger Honey Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pineapple
- 3 c. fruit (papaya cubes, banana slices, strawberries, peaches or possibly whatever)
- 2 c. fresh spinach leaves
- Ginger dressing (recipe follows)
- Put together:
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 T honey
- 1 T peeled grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Prepare pineapple then cut into cubes, put together with remaining fruit. Toss with dressing, refrigerate. Add in spinach and toss lightly.
