Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Honey Dijon mustard
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 4 x Chopped garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 4 x 6 ounce. salmon fillets
Direcciones
- Directions: Whisk together the mustard, lemon, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Place half of the marinade over the salmon and marinate 2-3 hrs or possibly overnight. Place the marinated fillets in a shallow baking dish and broil for 4 min. Remove from oven and brush with the remaining marinade to glaze them. Broil for 2 min longer. Serve with mashed potatoes and winter vegetables.
