Receta Sesame Ginger Salmon

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 x scallions minced
- 4 x salmon steaks - (8 ounce ea)
Direcciones
- Mix together first 7 ingredients for marinade and place in a glass dish or possibly resealable plastic bag big sufficient to hold fish. Pat salmon steaks dry and place in marinade, turning to coat well. Chill up to 1 hour while you start the fire.
- When fire is warm, take fish from marinade and place directly on oiled grill grate. Cook about 5 min per side, till fish is done to your taste.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
