Receta Ginger Scallop Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 25 gm Butter, (1oz)
- 2 tsp Freshly grated ginger
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 250 gm Scallops, (8oz)
- 6 x Salad onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/2 x Red pepper, de-seeded and diced
- 75 gm Button mushrooms, sliced (3oz) Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Cornflour blended with 2 Tbsp. cool water
Direcciones
- 1. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan or possibly wok.
- 2. Add in the ginger, garlic, scallops, onions, pepper and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Add in the seasoning, soy sauce and blended cornflour. Cook for a further 1-2 min, till the sauce is thickened and smooth.
- NOTES : Delicious tender scallops with an authentic oriental flavour.
