Ingredientes
- 6 lbs carrots
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 1/4 lb sugar
- 1/4 lb brown sugar
- 1/4 lb butter
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
Direcciones
- Heat the butter and add the sugars, salt, and lemon juice. Cook to a slightly reduced "glaze".
- Heat until everything is smooth and well combined.
- Toss HOT cooked carrots into the glaze, mix well to coat- serve immediately.
