Receta Gluten Free vegetables and dessert combined...yum!
Ingredientes
- 3 cups of high quality all-purpose gluten free flour blend (I used Bob's Red Mill gf flour)
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 extra large eggs at room temperature, beaten
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
