Receta Golden Pumpkin Muffins (Microwave)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. cooked pumpkin or possibly squash
- 1/2 sm minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 x beaten egg
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp curry pwdr
Direcciones
- Mash the pumpkin well, then add in onion, butter, egg, cheese, salt & curry.
- Stir to combine, spoon into lined muffin tray. Cook on high for 3-5 mins, or possibly till set. Stand for 2 mins, remove papers before serving.
- Makes 4-5 muffins.
- Tested in a 650 watt oven.
