Receta Grandma Brook's Chili Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 doz. lg. tomatoes
- 4 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 5 lg. onions
- Mixed spices
- 3 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions fine. Boil all slowly together, then add in spices, sugar and boil 3 to 4 hrs. Put into jars while warm and seal. Makes approximately 15 half pints.
