Receta Grandma Franny's Best Fruit Compote

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. golden brown raisins
- 1 pound dry fruit (prunes, pineapple, papaya, pears, peaches, etc.)
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- Juice and rind of 1 lemon
- 1 c. water
Direcciones
- Combine the raisins, dry fruit, 1 c. wine and 1 c. water in a baking dish. Soak for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and rind. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
