Receta Grandma Martin's Peach Cobbler
My grandmother used this recipe for peach cobbler, blackberry cobbler...any canned fruit she had around. Unfortunately, Grandma didn't measure anything, so below is her recipe. I did alter it somewhat in the use of cinnamon. I use Pampered Chef's Cinnamon Plus--it adds so much wonderful flavor and has been a huge hit.

- Place sliced peaches in a large saucepan over medium heat. Tear 1 can of biscuits into small pieces and drop into peaches. These will make little dumplings.
- Take another can of biscuits and roll them out with a rolling pin to thin pastry rounds. Place in a buttered 8 x 11 baking dish and piece together the thin pastry rounds to make a bottom crust.
- Pour the peach/dumpling mixture over the biscuit crust.
- Use the third can of biscuits to make a top crust like the bottom crust was made. Then dot with small pieces of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees until the top is golden brown.
