Receta Grandma's Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- CRUST
- 1 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly margarine, Melted FILLING
- 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 16 ounce Pumpkin, 1 can
- 1 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp -salt
- 2 x Large eggs TOPPING
- 2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract Pecan halves, 12 to 16
Direcciones
- CRUST: Combine crust ingredients. Press into the bottom of a 9" spring form pan; chill.
- FILLING: Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl till well blended. Beat in pumpkin, spices and salt, add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
- TOPPING: Meanwhile, for topping, combine lowfat sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over filling; return to oven for 5 min. Cold on a rack and refrigerateover night.
- GARNISH: each slice with a pecan half.
