- Sift flour and salt together. Add in a well beaten egg and lowfat milk to the corn. Stir in flour and salt mix; beat well. Add in the butter and stir thoroughly. Fry in a warm skillet with grease in it (butter). Drop by spoonfuls (it will look like pancake style). Fry till light brown, on each side. After removed from skillet place on absorbent paper towels. Serve immediately or possibly keep hot.
