Receta Grandmother's Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients (except oats, nuts, and chocolate chips). Blend well. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill, if you like, for easier handling. Drop by rounded tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
