Receta Grandmother's Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. raisins, warm water to cover
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. caramel chips
Direcciones
- Cream sugar, shortening, egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Measure 1/4 c. liquid from raisins, add in to creamed mix, then dry ingredients; blend. Add in raisins, nuts and chips. Form into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 13 min at 350 degrees. Remove to wire rack.
