Receta Granny's Fruit Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 2/3 c. Kellogg's corn flakes
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 c. minced dates
- 1/2 c. minced candied cherries
Direcciones
- Crush cereal to measure 1 1/3 c.. Stir dry ingredients together, beat butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Add in flour mix, stir in nuts and fruit. Roll into balls and roll in cereal. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
