Receta Granola & Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. quick or possibly old fashioned oats
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. soft butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Combine first 8 ingredients in medium bowl. Cream butter, brown and white sugar. Beat in egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Beat in flour mix. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop dough by rounded Tbsp. onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold on wire racks.
