Receta Grape Salsa
Sometimes you have your fruit but can't eat it all. Like grapes. How many times have you bought an entire bunch or box of grapes and ended up discarding a good portion of it because it has sat on the kitchen counter or table for so long? Well, I've previously suggested adding grapes to your chicken salad.
For this recipe, the grapes are in your salsa! Yes, as in Mexican salsa. You still enjoy the usual tomatoes, onions and cilantro in it, but this time you've got some grapes to bring out a sweeter flavor.
Grape salsa goes extremely well with grilled meat like chicken, pork or beef, but it's even better with grilled fish. Like Mahi Mahi.
