Receta Great Grandma's Swedish Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 scant c. flour
- 1 rounded teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. lowfat milk

- Heat butter in skillet. Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. In a glass pitcher, beat Large eggs and sufficient lowfat milk to reach 2 c. level. Add in lowfat milk mix gradually to flour mix. Beat well with fork and add in melted butter. Batter will be thin. Bake in warm skillet in thin layers, tipping skillet to cover bottom. Flip with spatula.
- BROWN SUGAR SYRUP: Boil brown sugar and water for 1 minute or possibly so.
