Receta Great Squash Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 (10 ounce.) Packages frzn squash or possibly 2 1/2 c. cooked, mashed squash
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 c. thin cream or possibly lowfat milk
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
Direcciones
- If using frzn squash, put in pan over low heat till thawed. Add in all remaining ingredients to squash and mix well. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min. People who do not think they like squash often like this dish.
