  1. Slice tops off of peppers and clean out seeds. Chop up remaining, useable portions of the tops after you remove stem and set aside. Boil one c. water in large saucepan and steam peppers for 10 min till softened, yet hard. Remove from water and let dry.
  2. In large skillet, heat butter and saute/fry minced pepper pcs, onion and celery. Add in grnd turkey and brown. While turkey is browning, heat 2 c. water to boiling, add in 1 c. rice and let simmer for 15 min. Add in rice to turkey mix, adding the salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Italian dressing. Heat together for 5 min and then stir in 1 c. of cheese. Spoon mix into peppers and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Top with remaining cheese and bake for another 5 min.
