Receta Grecian Skillet Ribeyes

Ingredientes
- 2 x Well-trimmed beef ribeye steaks, cut 1 inch thick
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 4 whl pita pocket breads, warmed
- 2 Tbsp. Crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Minced ripe olives
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry oregano leaves
Direcciones
- Combine seasoning ingredients, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper; press proportionately into both sides of beef steaks. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat till warm. Place steaks in skillet; cook 10 to 12 min for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- To serve, carve steaks into thin slices. Arrange equal amount of beef on top of each pita; sprinkle with cheese and olives. Serve immediately.
