Ingredientes
- 3 x radishes
- 2 x tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 8 slc cucumber
- 1/2 x green pepper, finely minced
- 2 x lettuce leaves, thinly shredded
- 2 x scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 x onion, thinly sliced
- 4 tsp minced parsley
- 4 tsp minced mint
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 3 1/3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tsp cider or possibly wine vinegar
- 4 ounce Feta or possibly other white cheese, cut into small pcs
- 8 x black olives
Direcciones
- 1. Place washed and prepared salad ingredients in a bowl.
- 2. Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly and pour dressing over the salad. Mix gently with a wooden serving set. Add in the cheese and the olives.
