Receta Greek Salad With Lemon Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/2 head lettuce, torn in sm. pcs
- 1 pkg. spinach, torn
- 1/4 English cube (or possibly 1 pkg. cuke, sliced thinly
- 12 Greek onions, pitted and sliced
- 3 tomatoes, quartered
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 4 (8 ounce.) feta cheese, crumbled
- 6-8 warm peppers
- Anchovy (optional)
- 6 pita bread
Direcciones
- Arrange lettuce and spinach in large salad bowl (I use wooden). Add in cucumbers slices, olives, tomatoes, and radishes. Toss with lemon dressing (see back of card). Arrange crumbled feta cheese on top. Add in peppers on top of this.
- Serve with warmed pita bread, quartered.
