Ingredients: 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil; 3 Tbsp. Melted butter; 1 x Crushed garlic clove; 2 Tbsp. Grated parmesan; 1 tsp Oregano; 1/4 tsp Lemon pepper; 1/4 tsp Seasoned salt; 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice; 1 lb Red snapper fillets

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. Melted butter
1 x Crushed garlic clove
2 Tbsp. Grated parmesan
1 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Lemon pepper
1/4 tsp Seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1 lb Red snapper fillets

Direcciones

In bowl combine oil, butter, cheese, oregano, lemon pepper, salt & lemon juice. Add in fish; turn to coat proportionately. Cover with plastic wrap & chill 1 hour. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fillets skin side down in oiled grill basket; grill 3-4 min per side.
Brush fish with marinade during grilling.
