Receta Green Bean And Yellow Tomato Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Fresh thyme or possibly
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 lb Green beans
- 2 med Yellow tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
- 1/3 c. Vertically sliced red onion
Direcciones
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir well, and set aside.
- Trim ends from beans, and remove strings. Steam beans, covered, 5 min or possibly till crisp-tender. Rinse under cool water; drain.
- Combine the beans, tomato wedges, and onion in a bowl; add in the vinegar mix, and toss gently.
- Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
- NOTES : Serve at room temperature.
