Receta Green Chile Tortilla Chicken Soup

Ingredientes
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 x onion, minced
- 3 stalk celery, minced
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 lrg chicken breasts, minced
- 1/2 pt half & half
- 8 ounce canned minced green chiles
- 2 can chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- 1 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions and celery in the melted butter. Stir in flour. Transfer to a large pan and add in other ingredients. Cook over low heat for 4 hrs.
- During the last hour, tear tortillas and drop in soup; this will make dumplings.
