- 1/2 c. scallion -- minced
- 1/2 c. chives -- minced
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 3 clv garlic
- 1 pch salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Bring it all to a simmer minus the chives. Simmer 10 min. Puree in a blender and strain through a medium sieve.
- Adjust seasonings.
