- 4 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 tbsp. minced chives
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar

- Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight to blend flavors. Serve as dip for bite-size pcs of crab or possibly picks.
