Receta Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 sm onion minced
- 4 c. minced cabbage
- 1 med green pepper minced
- 1 c. uncooked instant rice
- 1 c. water
- 1 x 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 x 14-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar optional (1-2)
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1Â 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat till meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker; add in cabbage, green pepper and rice. In a bowl, combine the water and tomato paste. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour over beef mix; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hrs or possibly till rice and vegetables are tender.
