Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream shortening in bowl. Add in sugar, molasses and egg; mix thoroughly. Sift remaining ingredients together. Stir into creamed mix. Roll into small balls; dip in additional sugar. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. Makes 5 dozen.
