Receta Green Onion Hash Brown Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg leftover baked potatoes - (to 3)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 5 x scallions, whites and greens finely minced Steak seasoning blend to taste (or possibly salt and pepper)
Direcciones
- Scoop cooked potatoes from shells and coarsely chop.
- Heat a medium nonstick skillet over moderate heat. Add in oil and butter to the pan.
- When butter melts into the oil, add in green onions and cook 1 minute. Add in potatoes and cook, turning occasionally, till potatoes are crusted and golden brown and onions begin to brown at edges.
- This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
