Receta Green Pepper Steak Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 pound beef chuck or possibly round steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. thinly sliced green pepper">pepper or possibly red pepper">pepper
- 1 c. minced green onion
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Cooked rice or possibly noodles
Direcciones
- Cut meat into 1/2 inch strips. Add in soy and garlic to meat. Toss and set aside. Heat oil. Add in beef and cook on high till tender. Add in vegetables except tomatoes. Heat till vegetables are crisply done, about 10 min.
- Mix cornstarch and water. Pour into cooked mix and cook till thickened. Pour over rice or possibly noodles in a casserole dish. Layer tomatoes on top. Heat in oven 10-15 min.
