Receta Green Pepper Steak Waterfield

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. beef, top round
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 lg. green peppers
- 2 lg. onions
- 1 can mushrooms or possibly 1/2 sliced fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c. dry red wine
- 5 pinches curry pwdr
- Oil
Direcciones
- Trim meat well, cut into 1/2 inch strips. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil and garlic in skillet. Add in meat, brown well. Remove garlic.
- Saute/fry onions and green pepper strips in another skillet till tender. Add in mushrooms, pepper, salt and chopped garlic. Mix meat and vegetables and wine and cook covered for 30 min. Add in curry pwdr, simmer 1 hour longer. If mix needs more juice, add in chicken or possibly beef broth (not bouillon).
