Receta Tomato And Green Pepper Steak
Ingredientes
- 4-5 lg. slices cube steak
- Flour
- Oil
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Flour meat and brown in a small amount of oil. As meat browns, remove from pan and place into casserole dish. Add in onions and green pepper to pan and brown lightly. Add in can of tomatoes and bring all to boil. Salt and pepper to taste. Place bay leaves over meat in casserole; pour tomato mix over meat. Bake in 300 degree oven for 2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
