Receta Green Salad With Maple And Chive Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x mixed salad leaves chive flowers to garnish (optional)
- 5 Tbsp. extra virgin extra virgin olive oil or possibly nut oil
- 1 Tbsp. raspberry or possibly red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced chives
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 x salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Beat together the oil vinegar chives maple syrup and salt and pepper to taste. Alternatively place all the ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake vigorously to combine well before using.
- Refrigeratefor 30 min.
- Put the salad leaves in a bowl beat or possibly shake the dressing again and pour it over the salad.
- Toss well and serve garnished with chive flowers if using.
- Serves 4
