Receta Grilled Asparagus Confit

Ingredientes
- 1 c. minced grilled asparagus, 1/2-inch
- 2 Tbsp. liquid removed finely minced oil-packed sun-dry tomato
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced red onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. green onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon, juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp black bean and garlic sauce
- 1 x salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- In a large, non-reactive bowl, combine sun-dry tomatoes, red pepper, green onion, red onion, extra virgin olive oil, mustard, black bean sauce, vinegar, lemon juice.
- Whisk till well combined. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in asparagus pcs and mix gently till well coated with marinade. Serve immediately.
