Receta Grilled Frog Legs

Ingredientes
- 12 x frog legs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley Grated peel and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
Direcciones
- Marinate the frog legs for three hrs in a mix of the oil, onion, parsley, lemon peel and juice, salt, mustard and basil. Drain well, reserving marinade.
- Broil legs over a medium fire three to four min on each side or possibly until tender.
- Heat the remaining marinade with the butter and garlic, and pour over the legs.
