Receta Frog Legs And Mushrooms Teriyaki

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. minced onions
- 1 c. minced bell pepper
- 1 c. fresh snipped parsley
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp. warm sauce
- 2 c. deboned frog legs
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
Direcciones
- In a large wok or possibly pot, heat margarine. Add in onions, bell pepper and parsley. Saute/fry till onions are clear. Add in mushrooms and garlic. Stir well and continue to cook till mushrooms are warm. Add in salt, warm sauce and frog legs - stir well. Add in wine and teriyaki sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for ten min. May be served over rice.
