- 50 x asparagus spears trimmed
- 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Place asparagus in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over asparagus.
- Grill over medium-warm coals till asparagus is tender and just starting to blister, 3 to 8 min on each side, depending on thickness.
- Arrange on platter and drizzle with remaining marinade, if you like.
