  • 4 lb smoked kielbasa Mustards Sauerkraut Horseradish

  1. Add in kielbasa to a large skillet of simmering water. Cook for 15 min and drain completely.
  2. Place kielbasa on a warm grill pan and cook till grill marks are achieved, turning often, about 10 min.
  3. Slice the kielbasa into bite-size pcs and serve with a variety of mustards, sauerkraut, and horseradish.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
