Receta Grilled Salmon With Mustard Molasses Glaze

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. coarse-grained mustard
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 c. red wine vinegar
- 6 x salmon fillets - (4 to 5 ounce ea)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Brush with half of mustard mix.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees) 4 to 5 min on each side or possibly till fish flakes with a fork. Baste with remaining mustard mix.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
