Receta Grilled Tuna With Orange Marinade

Ingredientes
- 2 lb tuna steaks
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 x garlic clove finely minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Place tuna steaks in a shallow baking dish. Mix orange juice, soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and pepper to make a marinade. Pour marinade over tuna steaks and chill for 30 min. Turn steaks after 15 min.
- Remove steaks from marinade shaking off excess oil and place on a clean warm grill. Cook for 5 to 6 min. Baste with excess marinade and turn and cook for an additional 4 to 5 min. Don't overcook.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
