Ingredientes
- 4 med zucchini, quartered lengthwise salt pepper Marjoram Vinaigrette
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh marjoram
Direcciones
- Brush zucchini with oil and salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 min till tender.
- Toss with vinaigrette.
- Marjoram Vinaigrette:Whisk extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and marjoram together and chill.
