Receta Ground Beef Quiche

Ingredientes
- 1 pie shell, frzn or possibly your own
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 (5.33 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Bake pie shell for 5 min only. Let cold. Meanwhile, brown meat and onion; drain excess fat. Add in seasonings and cold. Spoon into pie shell and pat lightly. Sprinkle mushrooms and cheese proportionately over top.
- Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk till well blended. Pour over pie and bake at 425 degrees till set, about 20 min. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and continue baking till top is golden brown, about 25 min. Let stand 8-10 min, cut into wedges and serve.
