- 5 ounce Cheddar cheese grated
- 5 ounce Gouda cheese grated
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. Light cream
- 2 Tbsp. Onions finely minced
- 1 x Pie pastry
Direcciones
- 1. Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan
- 2. Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse proportionately.Place mix onto pie pastry.
- 3. Whisk Large eggs and cream; pour over cheese mix.
- 4. Bake 325 F for 1/2 hour, reduce temperarure to 275 F and bake for additional 1 hour.
