- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced 1/2 inch
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 apple, pared and diced
- 1 teaspoon curry paste or possibly pwdr
- Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- In large skillet brown beef in oil. Add in onions, green pepper, tomato and apple. Stir in curry paste or possibly pwdr to taste. Serve over warm cooked rice.
