Receta Guilt Free Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
- 1/2 pound grnd turkey
- 1/2 pound grnd pork
- 3/4 c. minced onions
- 3/4 c. minced celery
- 1 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oil
- 2 lg. cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, liquid removed & seeded
Direcciones
- Combine all meats, set aside. Saute/fry onions and celery in oil and butter till just beginning to wilt. Combine with the meats. Stir together Worcestershire, soy, mustard, chili pwdr, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over the meat mix and combine.
- Add in bread crumbs and Large eggs. Put into loaf pan and bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle top of the loaf with cheese. Bake for 15 min more. Sprinkle the tomato halves with 1 tsp. soy sauce over the loaf overlapping to make an attractive pattern. Bake for 30 min longer for a total of 75 min. Serves 4 to 6.
