Receta Gumbo (Okra)

Ingredientes
- 1 onion, minced
- Garlic
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can (6 1/4 ounce.) crabmeat
- 8-10 okra, cut in slices
- 1 pound shrimp
- A few crab claws
- Noodles
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. brown gravy
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions, bell peppers till soft. Add in garlic and okra. Cook till okra is not stringy. Add in Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomato sauce. May add in a little water (not too much as shrimp will put out water). Add in brown gravy and cook about 15-20 min.
- Add in shrimp and cook about 10 min. Add in crabmeat, salt and pepper, thyme, basil and grnd bay leaves. Cook about 15-20 min more. Serve over noodles. Serves 6-8.
